Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases. Other duties may be assigned. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills.Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
