Responsible for management of a geographically distributed real estate and facilities team in AsiaPac, encompassing six countries and 100K sqm/1M sqft of both leased and owned sites. Developing and coaching staff of 10, along with contractors and vendors, to ensure delivery of quality services and facilities; including real estate transactions, project management, day to day facility operations, space planning, and safety and security. Direct activities of several country managers having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and cost effectiveness. This position will support key real estate projects in Asia Pac including current 38K sqm new development in China, and as needed, in other international locations. Familiarity with architectural and engineering plans, design criteria, and managing construction projects is key.

Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities, this position is can be located in either China or Taiwan. Ongoing travel to regional sites and to headquarters – estimate 25% travel.
BS with 10+ years of relevant experience, MBA preferred, preferably in a high-tech environment and with an international firm. Drive for results through proactive management and demonstrating agility in complex situations. Must have excellent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English, excellent attention to detail, follow through, and organizational skills. influencing decisions on business solutions through interaction with all levels of management and peers, building effective networks and instilling trust. Ability to work independently developing and implementing initiatives, managing multiple assignments simultaneously within budget and timelines.
