We are seeking a Lead Plant Services Worker to assign project work requests, preventative maintenance work orders and repair activities, and provide general supervision as needed. Schedule: full-time/evenings, Sun.-Thu. 2:30 -11:00pm.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years in general plant operations, facility maintenance and groundskeeping, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Refrigerant and CFC Handling, Class-A Boiler Operator and Back-Flow Prevention certification
  • General knowledge of the following: computer logic controllers; maintenance and repair of healthcare mechanical, electrical, medical gas and production equipment and systems; HVAC hardware and software applications; horticulture; agriculture chemical applications; irrigations systems; general carpentry; electrical/plumbing; and fire detection/protection systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills; leadership experience desired
