Reports To: Property Manager, Vice President of Property Management and Senior Vice President of
Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day to day operations of 100,000 RSF Class B
commercial office buildings located in the North Point of San Francisco.
Oversee engineer, security guard and janitor on maintenance issues
Analyze aging reports and ensure rents and other receivables are collected in a timely
Perform accounting functions, including processing of invoices and preparation of
special bill-backs to Tenants
Ability to problem solve, work independently and under the direction of VP
Conduct periodic property inspections
Ensure timely response to Tenants on inquiries and requests
Analyze rent statements and leases
Prepare leases, abstracts, work orders and vendor contracts
Assist with preparation of annual budgets, CAM reconciliations and financial reports
Manage vendor work and ensure repairs are done in timely manner
Maintain vendor and tenant certificates of insurance
Manage onsite parking facility
Answer phones and maintain files
Provide support for SVP and Leasing Team
Implement building policies, procedures and best practices while maintaining excellent
tenant and vendor relationships.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property management required
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or real estate
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to multi-tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
