Hartman Income REIT is looking to hiring dynamic Associate COO. The position is in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate may not currently be “titled” as a VP or COO but will have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience within the commercial real estate community as a Property Manager, Senior Property or Vice President and is ready to enhance their career path. The candidate will possess a large amount of grit (see definition below), will be hungry, humble and smart. The candidate will be a natural born leader that attracts followers. The Associate COO will work side-by-side with the current COO of the company for training purposes as part of the succession planning for the company.
