YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR 5+ OFFICE AND RETAIL PROPERTIES FOR A GROWING FAMILY OWNED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY. YOU WILL BE REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE VICE PRESIDENT OF ASSET MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADVANCE IN PAY AND RESPONSIBILITY AS YOU DEMONSTRATE YOUR ABILITY TO EXCEL AT THIS POSITION. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-The day to day management and operations of office and retail buildings to the highest standards.
-Pro-active tenant relations, tenant communications, and assisting with tenant negotiations
-Administering tenant leases and tenant billings
-Coordinating and overseeing tenant improvement and property improvement projects
-Creating and implementing timely annual budgets and expense/CAM reconciliations
-Assisting accounting in financial review and tenant collections
-Identifying property maintenance requirements, capital improvements, and working with property vendors
-Working under the direction of the Vice President of Asset Management and the Company’s principals to execute the Company’s management strategy and growth initiatives
College degree and CPM, CSM or similar designations preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
