Seeking a qualified individual for a Senior Analyst / Underwriter position to support our growing retail and office brokerage sales pipeline. Qualified candidates will have commercial real estate related prior work experience, the ability communicate effectively both in writing and orally, the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment and strong attention to detail while effectively managing time and workload. A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.

The analyst will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and strategic financial research.
  • Prepare materials used in the sale, acquisition and or/financing of our client’s assignments.
  • Producing models using Argus and Excel to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Creating detailed offering memorandums to support investment thesis and models.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
  • Read and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients.
  • Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.
  • Manage escrow process for transaction closings.
  • Lead market research including, tenant write-ups, market intel gathering, comparables reporting, etc.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in completing the presentation/offering materials.
  • Organize historical client activity and be a point of contact for tracking, management and reporting.  


Ideal candidates will have a proven history of being self-motivated, highly-organized, open communicators who are eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a structure dedicated to the overall success of the firm and its clients.

This position will have a focus on financial analysis, problem solving and interfacing with high level executives within the firm and externally.

Minimum education bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, although master’s degree preferred.

Preferred candidates will have a background in real estate finance or investment banking and have a high competence with excel and financial modeling. Experience in retail and/or office commercial real estate as well as proficiency of Argus a plus. 3+ years of work experience in Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
