PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR – Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, must be extremely organized, detail oriented, computer literate with general office experience to assist in managing commercial properties for a growing real estate company.
Candidate will be responsible for dealing directly with tenant issues, vendors, maintenance staff, curing violations, construction activity, and related property issues or special assignments as directed by Supervisors.
Assist with lease preparation and leasing administration, tenant move in/outs, insurance certificates and related leasing activity.
Knowledge of A/R billing, processing accounts payable, posting cash receipts and other bookkeeping tasks when needed.
General office administrative duties to include reception of guests, preparation of mailings, organizing and maintaining files, maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and MRI helpful.
Spanish language helpful but not necessary.
30 hour work week (Mon thru Thurs. 10am – 5:30pm)
Compensation: depending on experience
