Pegasus Asset Management (“Pegasus”) is currently hiring an Asset Manager that will be an integral member of a growing commercial real estate asset management firm that focuses on primarily retail real estate assets. The position will be solely focused on managing, enhancing, and growing one of Pegasus’ largest and most dynamic client accounts, a Los Angeles-based family office with nationwide holdings. The daily job responsibilities will entail a wide array of asset management functions to maximize the performance of the client’s fast-growing portfolio.
