We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The Marketing Specialist will hold a Real Estate License and serve as the point person for the Broker team and their clients. This role will include Marketing responsibilities as well as Transaction Administration, and tasks to support the Broker team, including hosting open houses and showing properties, interfacing with clients, and partnering with the brokers for applicable business deals .

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for project management and execution of marketing collateral for listings.
  • Initiate and manage overall marketing campaign/plan as it relates to Brokers’ listings.
  • Responsible for showing properties and creating and holding open houses.
  • Interface with clients and prospective clients on listings and potential business opportunities.
  • Partner with brokers and other real estate professionals on applicable business deals.
  • Create and prepare content for proposals, execute proposals when applicable.
  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers.
  • Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables, and availabilities).
  • Conduct comparative analyses on market reports and report findings to leaders.
  • Review leases and title documents; create summaries or abstracts.
  • Plan and administer small scale client events; coordinate/attend Broker receptions.
  • Draft or edit legal documents as applicable to transactions.
  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes.
  • Liaise directly with clients; including providing clients with relevant information on availability, leases, and required documentation.
  • Actively provide coaching/mentoring to other members of the Client Services team.
  • Participate in growth of the brokerage team.



  • A bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Possess strong computer skills, including intermediate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience using InDesign is required.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is required.
  • Must possess an applicable Real Estate License
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; is highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion .
