Owner/Operator of residential real estate is currently in the market for a Senior Residential Renovation Project Manager.  The Project Manager will be the on-site owner’s representative responsible for all aspects of residential unit renovation supervision. Must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Below is a list of duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:


  • Be able to manage residential renovation projects up to $25 million
  • Manage sub contractors, construction crews and employees
  • Have successful track record in project management of residential renovation projects
  • Work with Ownership and Architect to define scope of work 
  • Create renovation budget for each project 
  • Deliver pricing, budget and related documentation to management
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of active projects and responsible for projects advancing on budget and on schedule
  • Ensure that each project is documented as designed, and built as documented
  • Obtain client sign-off approvals on design, finishes, budgets, and schedules at conclusion of each project design phase
  • Administer the review of all technical submittals and shop drawings during the renovation
  • Prepare field notes for site visits and report to Head of Construction for review
  • Maintain organization of project files, project binders, and project folders
  • Archive drawings, binders, and submittals at conclusion of each project  


Required Experience

  • A minimum of 10+ years as a Renovation Project Manager of multifamily properties
  • Experience managing jobsite renovation crews, subcontractors, staff and suppliers
  • Estimating, budgeting and project planning experience 
  • Strong organizational skills.  Thorough understanding of local DOB requirements.
  • Experience PropertyWare management systems preferred.
