Position Summary:

The capital markets team of NAI Global is seeking an experienced commercial real estate candidate for a Vice President position in its Dallas or New York office. The Vice President will be responsible for the execution of investment sale assignments across multiple asset classes (office, retail, industrial, hospitality, multifamily) throughout the nation with the assistance of a team of associates and analysts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction execution, real estate finance, and due diligence processes. She/he should also have at least 8 years of experience and a proven track record of developing client relationships, financial modeling, and preparation of marketing collateral. The candidate(s) will be an integral part of institutional commercial real estate investment sales, financings, and advisory transactions.


Responsibilities would include:

  • Manage the day-to-day investment sale/advisory process from marketing through contract negotiations to closing
  • Building and managing relationships with clients and owners of commercial real estate throughout the nation
  • Develop and expand the NAI Global platform



Ideal candidates will possess the following:


  • 7+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, finance, investment banking, or principal investment experience

  • College degree required, MBA preferred

  • Extensive background in real estate transactions

  • Commercial real estate market and financial analysis expertise

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to excel in a team environment

  • Ability to maintain positive client relationships

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills
