McWhinney is currently seeking candidates for Senior Project Manager - Multifamily.
This role is responsible for assisting in the management of design, construction, and project management activities from pre-development through transition to operations for Multi-Family projects in Colorado and possibly throughout the region.
This role will report directly to the Director of Multifamily Development Management and will collaborate with the Vice Presidents of Multi-Family in a variety of tasks. These tasks could include responding to RFPs and assisting in the development of project pro formas by providing information related to design, costs, and timing of a prospective project. The incumbent also supports and implements processes and procedures around the delivery, risk management, cost controls, reporting, and overall documentation of the projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
