Real Estate Sales Executive
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for educating real estate prospects about the lifestyle lived within the gates of Whitetail Club and then helps them with the purchase of real estate. The Sales Executive is supported by an experienced sales and marketing team and senior management of the developer.
As a selling agent, you will work to create the sales interface with new customers as well as existing homeowners, and create and nurture a customer-service oriented selling environment. Responsibilities involve all facets of the sales process including prospecting, selling and closing of developer owned and resale home sites and homes.
The Sales Executive will work with Whitetail Club’s marketing and operations team as well as the Shore Lodge team to cultivate qualified real estate leads, participating in special events, making presentations at member gatherings, while also helping maintain the high standards of service for members and guests.
