Investor Reporting Analyst Position
ACORE Capital is a rapidly growing Investment Advisor that has an opening for an investor reporting analyst. This position will help build out an investor reporting department to provide reporting to management, investors and other 3rd parties. We are looking for an individual that is motivated by the opportunity to build and implement a standardized reporting process for a rapidly growing commercial loan/debt fund platform.
Preparation of Investor Reporting Reports for clients.
Prepare weekly pipeline reports and analysis processes to ensure accuracy.
Prepare Projected Statistics Banker Pipeline Statistics.
Prepare create charts/analysis reports of portfolio concentrations.
Create and build dashboards with assistance of the IT team.
Interface with accounting, loan originators, underwriters, and asset managers.
Interface with investors, management and 3rd parties.
High-light inconsistencies in database and communicate to business teams for resolution.
Interface and support the asset management group with regular reporting.
Assist with preparation of offering materials as well as other adhoc data/reporting efforts.
Help identify processes/methods to improve information collection, analysis and statistical reporting through-out platform.
BA/BS Degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
Good computer skills/experience/understanding of databases.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong MS Office, specifically excel skills, required.
SQL skills would be a plus.
Good Communication skills.
Prior work experience as an analyst.
