Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Capital Markets Senior Analyst is an interdisciplinary role that will support global capital raising, investor relations, co-investment opportunities, separately-managed accounts, and relationships with current and potential limited partners. The role will have significant interface with global members of the firm’s Investment, Asset Management, and Capital Markets teams and will be expected to have intimate knowledge of all the firm’s business lines.  The Senior Analyst will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets. The main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Create and maintain presentation materials
  • Conduct macro/micro research
  • Complete due diligence questionnaires and prepare responses to miscellaneous investor inquiries
  • Prepare meeting materials and investor research
  • Contribute to ad hoc team projects

  • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of institutional private fund products and how these vehicles are structured
  • Mastery of key investment metrics (IRR, equity multiple, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a results-driven work ethic with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Minimum three years’ experience in an investor relations/fundraising role with an adviser or manager of alternative investment strategies (such as real estate, private equity, or hedge funds) or comparable investment banking or management consulting prior experience.
  • Undergraduate degree is required.
