Our Project Management Team is like a well-oiled machine, expertly managing multiple clients and projects. They are self-starters and problem solvers, able to work independently while confidently making decisions to deliver a successful project for everyone involved. Our Project Manager position requires the perfect blend of strong communication, organization, judgement, mediation, and conflict resolution.

At Trinity Partners, we’re purposefully collaborative across service lines. Our Project Managers are key players in that integration, working closely with brokers, property managers, and internal as well as external construction teams. Our newest team member must be able to communicate effectively across the firm, developing and sustaining cohesion with the entire team, both internal and external.

Ideally, we’re looking for corporate interiors upfit experience, industrial (manufacturing and distribution upfits), out-of-the-ground / core and shell building experience. Because of our integrated service delivery, commercial real estate experience (best practices, understanding leases and the language of the industry) is highly desirable.

Our Project Managers are responsible for providing professional project planning support and management for all assigned projects, including all activities executed under assigned project plans. The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering projects on budget and on schedule, maintaining client satisfaction consistent with predetermined goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Excel in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities, including, but not limited to: Budgeting, Planning & Design, Project Milestone Scheduling, Service Contracts, Conflict

•Resolution, Construction Management and Project Closure

•Assemble and manage a team of internal and external professionals to efficiently execute projects

•Work with project team to create the project budget and schedule

•Conduct project kickoff meetings to identify needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders

•Provide project assistance and guidance to members of the project management group

•Establish a continuous communication plan to ensure project management team and clients are well-informed of progress throughout project lifecycle

•Maintain and update schedules/timelines for each project and communicate standings with clients

•Lead regular project management meetings with client representatives regarding project status updates, issues and keep records as project moves along

•Produce project meeting minutes, draft project work orders

•Initiate and manage service contracts and change order documentation

•Manage and control all project finances throughout project lifecycle

•Understand and adhere to critical processes and reporting requirements

•Competitively bid and level all construction services for each project; ensure contracting process is followed

•Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers operating on the project, including but not limited to: Brokers, Asset Managers,

•Property Managers, Building Operations and Maintenance, Owner’s Representatives, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors

•Obtain appropriate and complete close out package inclusive of but not limited to: warranties, as-builts, record drawings and a signed punch list

•Perform additional job duties, as requested

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

•Four-year degree from college or university

•Minimum of three to five (3 to 5) years’ experience that must be related to all aspects of Design/Construction/Project Management

•Ability to be flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities; sense of urgency

•Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

•Ability to exercise independent judgment

•Ability to review and abstract lease language

•Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

•Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

•Ability to maintain a proactive approach and a readiness to handle client concerns and processes, as well as resolve unexpected emergencies in a timely manner

•Demonstrates an intermediate proficiency level with computer programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook email
