The Acquisitions Business Development Analyst/Associate will assist in executing senior management’s investment strategies in New York City. The position will be responsible for researching, identifying and prospecting potential investment opportunities; building relationships with brokers and owners; and maintaining databases for tracking information.
Support development of the company’s investment strategy.
Establish and build relationships with brokers and property owners through phone canvassing and meetings.
Conduct market research, identify and source leads, and expand property tracking information.
Participate and contribute in acquisition team meetings.
1-3 years of professional experience.

Preference given to previous employment at real estate investment sales brokerage firms.
