The facilities manager position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services for the State of Florida Capitol Complex.

The Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) is a customer-oriented agency responsible for managing various business-related functions throughout state government. The Facilities Manager position reports to the Deputy Chief of Tallahassee Facilities, who reports to the Chief of Operations & Maintenance.
