Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a Leader on the projects NDC seeks to develop. You will participate as a key member of the team in producing creative development approaches that maximize value for development sites. Then, using NDC’s established resources, techniques and structures you will move projects from concept through the entitlement, design, construction and delivery phases. You will develop strategies and tactics for moving projects through this continuum and then successfully implement them. To achieve your objectives you will lead and collaborate with other NDC employees, outside consultants and contractors, financial institutions, government officials, and others.
