The Associate Consultant is integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in all aspects of engagements, including:
Identifying key strategic and logistical issues;
Solving complex problems using qualitative and financial analyses;
Planning and conducting essential research and interviews;
Synthesizing conclusions into client-focused recommendations;
Developing results-driven client strategies; and
Interacting with team members, principals and clients.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Minimum 1 year relevent work experience, more greatly preferred
Strong interest in real estate economics and development;
Bachelor's degree with 3.3 GPA or higher;
Excellent quantitative and communication skills;
Intuitive problem-solving capacity; and
Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following qualifications:
Major in Geography, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, or similar field;
1 -2 years internship or job experience in the real estate industry;
Strong Excel skills; and
