Lease Administration Manager

Parsons is seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our corporate real estate & facilities department. This is a great opportunity to take over the leadership of a well-functioning team and play a key role in efficiently managing our global real estate portfolio. In this role you will manage a team of five people and have responsibility for managing close to 200 leases covering in excess of 2 million square feet around the globe. The successful candidate will oversee the work performed by the team to ensure that it meets budget, schedule, and quality requirements. This manager will assist our Real Estate and Facilities directors and team with securing new space, renew existing space, relocations, tenant buyouts and/or terminations and work closely with our Brokerage firms.
While our Pasadena headquarters would be an ideal location for the position, we are flexible on the location for the successful candidate.
4-year degree or certification in related field (or equivalent) and 10-12 years of related experience, including some experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and software related to work assignments is required, as well as a working knowledge of company policies and procedures. Must have demonstrated leadership skills.
