A Bay Area Land Developer is looking for a Director of Marketing & Sales candidate to join its team of professionals. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Market place analysis: Investigate current and emerging market trends including competitor pricing data both for Sale and Rental. Develop responsive pricing strategies, pacing sales and rental absorption goals to meet and exceed forecasts.
Set product pricing with overall understanding on cost, pricing and timing in real estate cycle.
Work closely with construction department and financing department for proforma analysis.
Develop property and unit interior and property amenity strategies to maximize sales and rentals.
Conduit between marketing and sales consultants including but not limited to Architects, Branding, Sales and Marketing.
Work strategically with Branding and Marketing consultants to create individual property identity including revamping UPC’s website and the individual websites.
Work on setting up HOA, and condo documentation.
Work with Finance department on revenue projections and proforma.
Work closely with owners to implement owners’ vision on the product.
Develop disposition strategies on large assets, knowledge of purchase and sale contracts, and experience closing escrow are useful.
Candidate has 5-7 years’ experience working in Real Estate Development company. Has thorough understanding of the overall process: Architect design, pre-construction, construction, marketing & sales, HOA, setting up condo document and property management.
Candidate shall have high integrity and is cost conscientious.
Candidate is results driven, down to earth, real and genuine.
Bachelor of Arts or BS degree required.
Licensed sales license desired, but not required.
Projects: Projects sites: San Francisco master planned condo and apartment development project.
Base salary depends on experience
