Profile Summary

The Lease Administrator will be apart of Voya's Corporate Real Estate Finance team in Windsor, CT. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for managing the lease administration system, input salient lease terms from lease abstracts, coordinate payments with Accounts Payable among other things.


Profile Responsibilities

  • Prepare ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting at a detailed level for the portfolio, allocations, variances, and operating expense audits
  • Prepare and coordinate the field lease rent and operating expense budget
  • Develop and maintain monthly rent payments and level lease management
  • Provide assistance; acting as a liaison to all business areas within the organization to communicate rent, operating expenses, and miscellaneous charges


Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3-5 years experience in corporate or commercial property accounting
  • Experience with Hyperion, People Soft, and Oracle
  • Advanced Excel Skills (v-lookup, h-lookup, pivot tables, macros)
