Qualifications that make you stand out from the crowd:
- B.S. or B.A. in Architecture or Design and 10+ years of relevant experience focused on interiors projects; experience in the workplace, multi-family, retail, and/or hospitality market sectors is ideal.
- NCIDQ certification preferred, but not required.
- LEED or WELL Building accreditation preferred, but not required.
- Works proficiently with AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, SU Podium, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office programs.
- Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination including full document coordination with MEP, structural, civil, lighting, AV and landscape consultants.
- Understanding of how spaces come together and the ability to create construction documents and specifications, with minimal supervision, that succinctly, thoroughly and accurately describe the work to be done.
- Broad knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Team-oriented, with strong leadership and relationship management skills; willing to work collaboratively with project team members.
