Landmark Dividend LLC (the “Company”) is a leading real estate investment company specializing in ground lease acquisitions of infrastructure assets in the wireless communications, outdoor advertising, data center, and renewable power generation industries. The Company expanding rapidly through various new initiatives and is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support its growth.  
The Analyst, along with members of the Finance & Capital Markets group, will perform a variety of functions, including portfolio management, capital raising, investor relations, treasury oversight, and evaluation of new strategic initiatives. The Analyst will gain experience in cradle-to-grave management of private funds and the ongoing operations of a public investment vehicle. This role is best suited for proactive individuals who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses strong communication skills. 
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 
- Managing the fund portfolios (e.g. acquisitions, dispositions, mortgaging, etc.)
- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence related to potential strategic opportunities
- Developing presentation materials for board meetings and prospective transactions
- Contributing to debt management activities (e.g., capital allocation, draws/paydowns, compliance, etc.) 
- Interacting with external parties (e.g. bankers, attorneys, underwriters, auditors, etc.) 
- Participating in investor relations responsibilities
- Supporting the team in additional ad hoc capacities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic working knowledge in conducting accretion/dilution, DCF, and other ad-hoc financial modeling
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents (i.e. leases, credit agreements, easement agreements, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of working independently and taking ownership of specific processes
- Proactive contributor to teams
Position Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field of study
- Minimum 3.35 GPA
- Understanding of business and industry trends
- Real estate and/or finance internship/work experience a plus, but not required
- Diverse extracurricular and/or civic activity involvement a plus
