Marble’s Principals have a combined 65+ years of experience in real estate.  Combined they have acquired over 155 properties, encompassing over 8,000 multifamily units and 1.4M SF of commercial space.

General Description:

Marble Partners is seeking a Real Estate Associate (“The Associate”) to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

The Associate will work closely with Marble’s Management team in sourcing and executing investments with multifamily operators. The Associate will be responsible for analyzing and facilitating the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of multifamily real estate investments.  This will include but is not limited to:

  • Underwriting all new investment opportunities and presenting these opportunities to Marble’s Management Team
  • Touring new acquisitions as needed
  • Communicating with and assisting sponsors with negotiating JV equity, Loan, and Purchase agreements
  • Coordinating with the accounting department on all applicable matters
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly asset management and investor relations reports 
  • Communicating with property managers and sponsors regarding the performance of investments
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financials
  • Actively participating in the disposition process of investments
  • Performing various administrative functions as needed by Marble’s Management Team

Position Requirements:

  • College degree from an accredited 4 year university.
    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is desired but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate or investment banking required.
    • Multifamily experience is not required but is a plus. 
    • Preferably experience in acquisitions, asset management, or debt & equity originations.
