An individual in the Vacation Rental Sales Manager position is responsible for recruiting homeowners with secondary/vacation homes into the ResortShare program to utilize our rental services.


Think you have what it takes? Here's what you need to deliver:

  • Grow a new service within the ResortShare brand to add to the company’s rental portfolio
  • Recruit homeowners and properties into the ResortShare program by various lead generations
  • Generate new leads using a combination of inbound and outbound strategies
  • Maintain homeowner and property information as well as sales activity accurately in sales management system (CRM) and report on sales performance data including key performance criteria as identified by Executive Team
  • Communicate in a personable and professional manner with every prospect
  • Focus on continual improvement of processes

Who you are and what you've accomplished: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Vacation rental experience (preferred)
  • Current or former real estate license (preferred)
  • Motivation to work with a small, entrepreneurial team in a fast-growing company
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-starter that is detail oriented, with a strong sense of judgement
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems
