A fast-paced, growing Real Estate Investment/Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team! This candidate must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, independent, flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for the implementation of company processes across various departments, including property management, construction management, information technology, etc.
Implement the company’s policies, procedures and protocols in all newly managed properties by onboarding on-site property personnel to the software/systems and policies/procedures; serving as an internal trainer for the Company
Act as an inter-departmental point of contact for questions on the firm’s policies/procedures and software/systems
Serve as a four-eyes check on inter-departmental data
Under the supervision of Director of Operations/COO in building-out Company initiatives and establishing them in satellite offices and properties
Be a go-to person for questions on company software such as property management software, project management software, etc.
Assist with inter-departmental needs for procurement
Knowledge of process and systems implementation
Experience with property management software a plus, especially Propertyware
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
5 years of Experience in real estate operations
Bachelor’s degree in business or operational related fields
Must have ability to travel frequently. Must have reliable transportation with driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Based out of either the New York or Philadelphia office
