Empire USA is hiring a Project Manager. We are looking for someone who can oversee and manage third party contractors, designers, architects and engineers related to the company’s multifamily and hotel portfolios.
Empire USA is a Los Angeles -based real estate investment firm that owns and manages a growing portfolio of multifamily and hotel properties in a variety of markets across the United States. Empire seeks well located investment properties, below replacement cost, in recovering and appreciating high growth markets, typically with value enhancement potential and works to exit timely within respective cycles.
This is a mid-level position that will be asked to work collaboratively with other team members, contracted third parties, and with the owner/principal of the firm. The primary focus will be day to day construction management of the Company's multifamily portfolio capital improvement projects, manage the entitlement process to develop new multifamily projects on sites currently owned by Empire. Apartment renovation experience is a MUST. Prefer entitlement and hotel renovation experience a plus. In all activities, candidate will represent the Company to coordinate activities with general contractors, third party consultants and on-site property managers.
