The right candidate will:  be an integral member of the finance team gaining exposure to various areas within the department and across the organization.  The position will serve as a designated finance team member for the parent company responsible for various projects and reporting to the team in Hong Kong.  In addition, the senior analyst will be involved in objectively reviewing the organization’s business processes under the direction of the parent company’s US representative based in the Seattle area.



  1. Operate as the designated finance team member responsible for managing and organizing projects and information requests based on guidance from the parent company and operating committee.

  2. Prepare regular financial reports for the parent company summarizing key financial and operational data relative to the company and its investments.

  3. Examine accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess conformance to standards defined by the organization.

  4. Work with cross functional partners to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls across various departments.

  5. Participate in projects supporting business growth including property acquisitions, dispositions and stakeholder presentations.

  6. Support the execution of the company’s strategy in building its present in the Seattle area.

  7. Execute special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.




  1. Bachelor’s degree in business – concentration in accounting and finance.

  2. Minimum three years’ experience in public accounting and finance.



  1. Willingness to travel up to 25%.

  2. Skilled in gathering and analyzing data for management review.

  3. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.



  1. Preferred fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, but not required.

  2. Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

  3. Public accounting experience (BID4) highly preferred.

  4. CPA preferred.



  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  2. Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  3. Proven ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making.

  4. Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  5. Ability to work in team-oriented environment with the flexibility to manage a workload and shifting priorities.
