Job Responsibilities

You will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of property management and development works, including undertaking additions and enhancing initiatives for existing assets, managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, supervising arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses and identifying and planning improvement works across different sector classes, especially in student accommodation. You will also be required to manage tenants’ requests in a timely manner. You will also be required to ensure the completions of projects are within budget, schedule and expected quality and comply with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance. You will assist the asset manager in preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset as well as assist in the underwriting of new investment opportunities.

Job Requirements

You should possess a Degree in Building or Engineering (Structural or M&E), Masters preferred with applicable licenses and certifications and at least 7-10 years' relevant experience for Student /Multi-family Accommodation, Corporate Lodging, Commercial and/ or Retail projects. To succeed in this role, you should possess high level of independence, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to drive projects. You must be able to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment. Candidate must hold a valid US Work Visa and be willing to be based in our New York office.
