Job Responsibilities

You will work with the asset and property management team in planning, organizing and executing the procurement activities for all our properties with the objective of obtaining the most competitive pricing for the products and services procured. This includes planning, scheduling and monitoring of the procurement of term contracts and minor capital projects to ensure timely approval and award; as well as ensuring compliance with procurement policies and SOPs, and conducting periodic audits on the procurement process and documentation.

Job Requirements

You should possess a Degree / Diploma in Project and Facility Management Building / Material Engineering or its equivalent with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in facilities management in the real estate industries or in a similar capacity. To succeed in this role, you should have sound understanding of operations and engineering procurement; preferably with experience in quantity surveying or additional & alteration works tendering (i.e. builder’s works or M&E services works). You should be meticulous, resourceful and proactive to drive cost management, and possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience in energy procurement, SAP, or eProcurement system will be advantageous.
