You will play a key role in assisting the asset management team in creating strategies and plans for our industrial and logistics asset portfolio to optimize the NOI and maximize the value of the assets and the portfolio. You will assist in the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value; creating the reporting model for our US industrial and logistics portfolio; preparing and managing our reports which cover the financial performance of the assets, leasing status, and rental collection. In addition, you will work closely with the Asset Managers and Property Managers to ensure that the assets are properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations and coordinate with external parties like government authorities, brokers, etc. You will also prepare leasing memos and approval papers as well as variance analysis, and monitoring of budgets for the portfolio and fund. Other responsibilities include managing market intelligence and collating global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services and ad hoc duties as required.
You should possess a Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent with at least 1 years’ experience in advanced financial modeling / analysis. To succeed in this role, you should be operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding. You should also be a good team player, possess a high level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be resourceful, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with industrial and logistics assets is a plus.
