Primary contact for 3rd party leasing team(s) and Granite lead in the analysis of all lease transactions (new, renewals and expansions);efforts to include participating in tours and lease negotiations, leading bi-weekly leasing meetings, preparing financial analysis (Lease Analysis Model or LAM) and coordinating credit analysis and internal approvals, if required
Confirm lease documents and approval forms are complete and have been distributed to appropriate departments/personnel
Ensure compliance with internal and external joint venture lease review and approval processes
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing efforts and broker events
Under the guidance of City Leader, assist with the asset management and analysis of major decisions related to assets (value enhancements, financing, cap ex projects, leasing, sales) and work with property management and project management teams in implementing strategies and provide quarterly updates to Portfolio Management
Support the research, underwriting and execution of acquisition, development and disposition opportunities (compiling market analyses, lease and sales comps, etc.)
Perform market and lease rollover analyses for submarkets and distribute to appropriate departments/personnel
Lead preparation of quarterly reports – including market updates, company metrics, & updated financial models when appropriate
Coordinate the preparation of annual asset plans and semi-annual lease benchmark reviews with appropriate departments/personnel
Lead preparation of Benchmark updates, leasing assumptions, market comp studies, etc.
Assist in the annual valuation process (leasing assumptions, velocity, major tenant activity, and local market asset/investment activity)
Assist in the annual budget process and compliance
Assist with the semi-annual disposition review process
Update broker lists

Minimum of three years relevant experience, commercial real estate experience required
Real estate license
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent financial and analytical skills (highly proficient in Excel and Argus)
Detail-oriented, organized and self-directed
