Savills Studley is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its office in Raleigh, NC. The right candidate will have extensive construction project management experience and will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, communications, security, relocations, and coordination. Additionally, partnering closely with the brokerage team to deliver optimum financial results for clients is crucial in this role.
This position can have single-point accountability, or can be under the direction of the Senior Managing Director of Project Management, depending on level of experience.
