Time Equities Inc., a New York City-based international real estate investment firm, is seeking an analyst to conduct a wide range of real estate financial analyses, with an emphasis on new investment opportunities and existing asset management. Primary responsibilities will include creating and analyzing detailed financial spreadsheets, underwriting and performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, and preparing reports and ad hoc statements for existing assets. There is potential for advancement and applicants should be flexible and eager to learn.
Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree in finance or a related business degree with 1-3 years of experience at a commercial real estate principal. An ability to create financial models in Excel and proficiency with ARGUS Enterprise are preferred. Exposure to MRI and AvidXchange is a plus.
