Leveraging our proven wealth management and high network capital raising platform, we are building our new US real estate investment business based in midtown Manhattan. We will invest our LP’s capital through a fund structure via direct US real estate property acquisition in partnerships with highly selected sophisticated operating partners.

We believe our platform’s unmatchable reach to a vast network of overseas HNW investors, who are significantly underserved in allocating their capital to US real estate, will provide a great opportunity for us to build a US based real estate investment team. This position will closely work with Managing Director and Head of US Real Estate as well as Director of Acquisition and be part of a small entrepreneur team responsible for building a real estate private equity fund business. Typical Responsibilities

Assisting Director of Acquisition and report to Head of US Real Estate

Underwrite and analyze potential acquisitions cash flow projections using ARGUS and/or Excel valuation model

Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for potential acquisitions.

Prepare acquisition investment briefs and related support material.

Assist in due diligence and closing process, including legal, financial and physical reviews.

Assist in preparing fund raising material and road show

May assist in some asset management work such as maintaining and updating investment performance and reporting

Knowledge Requirements

•2-4years of commercial real estate investment or asset management analysis experience.
•At minimum a Bachelor’s degree required preferably with a finance or real estate emphasis.
•Proficiency in ARGUS and Excel modeling as well as real estate valuation


•Strong quantitative and computer background
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Highly organized
•Must be able to work independently while still functioning well in a team
•Develop strong and effective relationships both internally and externally
•Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage to aggressive deadlines
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and can think “outside” of the box
•Critical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be bilingual – proficient in English and Chinese
