Who you are
You are confident in originating and executing debt and/or equity for commercial real estate transactions. Your strengths lie in building strong, successful relationships, spotting innovative opportunities to expand your business and finding ways to make them happen. You’re a technical expert in real estate debt capital markets including underwriting, valuation, market analysis, interest rates and the overall competitive landscape, always ready to provide the right information about market conditions, business details and terms and conditions in your clients’ best interests.
Ideally, you’ll have a small but growing book of business, a New York deal sheet, relationships with borrowers and Lenders in New York and at least five years’ of mortgage or lending experience with a proven track record of results. You are a skilled speaker who can participate in pitch presentations and lead discussions on financing and debt capital markets. You’ll have access to a global network of market-leading research, marketing and project management experts to support you while you maintain your knowledge of current market trends and the overall financing environment.
