This position will facilitate commercial real estate and development matters throughout all phases of purchase and sale transactions involving both improved and unimproved real estate. With attorney supervision, prepares real estate and ancillary corporate transactional documents, including, without limitation, purchase and sale contracts, easement and boundary line agreements, closing and title documents, financial reports, litigation, and administrative documents and pleadings. Reviews and evaluates title documents, including, without limitation, title policies, commitments to insure title, exception documents and surveys. Works directly and independently with internal and external clients, requiring frequent interface with senior corporate management and attorneys. Maintains confidentiality and works competently within the confines of a strict confidential environment.
