This role is the strategic transaction partner with the client’s internal CRE team.  Provides real estate transaction services for clients in a defined geographic region.  Transaction services include lease renewals, lease negotiations, new site acquisitions, surplus property dispositions, and monthly/quarterly client reporting.  


  • Integral member of the client’s internal CRE team, with high level of interaction and input.
  • Prepares, recommends, and implements a transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of property. 
  • Creates and distributes monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc portfolio and analytical reports to assist in clients’ real estate management.
  • Coordinates the negotiations of real estate transactions through a field broker.
  • Negotiates leases and lease amendments to generate additional income for the client.
  • Monitors and manages critical lease dates.  Negotiates lease renewals within prescribed timeline.
  • Locates and acquires new properties to meet client’s requirements and timeline.
  • Disposes of surplus properties within prescribed timeline.
  • Resolves landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely project completion.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES: Real Estate Salesperson license.


  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. 
  • Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. 
  • Ability to create and give effective presentations on general topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management.  
  • Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action.                


  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. 
  • Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES: Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
