Global Real Estate and Agricultural Investments maintain a portfolio invested in commercial real estate and agricultural mortgages, as well as real estate equities. Agricultural Investments sources and manages agricultural investments through five regional field offices in the U.S. and an office in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
This role serves as Business Project Lead for all Agricultural Mortgage processes and systems across the General Account and Investment Management portfolios totaling over $15B in assets.This leadership role is responsible for managing large, complex projects across diverse processes and a broad set of business and IT stakeholders.The role is critical to leveraging technology to create efficiencies, increasing associate productivity and expanding the organization’s capabilities.The resulting benefits will continue to allow the Agricultural Mortgage portfolio to expand while minimizing headcount growth.
