The Job

Our condo association has an immediate need to place a well-qualified individual in a senior manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury condo building in Palm Beach County. We want a bright and youthful individual to execute our vision while providing luxury services that are consistent with other luxury buildings.

Please review the position’s responsibilities and requirements below before submitting a cover letter and resume.

The Ideal Candidate

At the minimum, you must have 5+ years of residential or hotel property management experience at the manager level. You will also keep track of all building mechanicals, as well as secure bids and manage contracts for major repairs beyond the capability of on-site staff.  You will also be asked to deliver superior customer service standards to our residents and ensure that property operations are compliant with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Another full-time administrative staffer will be present to assist you in your daily tasks.
