What began in 1974 by Carl J. Montante, a company focused on warehouse and manufacturing facilities, has grown to one of the largest and most respected development companies in the area. A rich development history that now includes 30 office and industrial parks and more than 13 million square feet of development throughout Buffalo and Rochester.
