Rushmore Properties, LLC acquires value-added real estate assets and real estate related debt and equity positions.  The objective of the company is to acquire properties that will benefit from the asset management, financing and leasing expertise that the Rushmore principals can provide. Upon successful execution of a property repositioning, the principals will seek to maximize investor returns through a refinance or sale.
