McLeod Sears is a family office located in the Memorial area of Houston. We are comprised of McLeod Sears Investments, a commercial real estate development and investment company, and McLeod Sears Foundation, a family foundation focused globally on women and girls, education, poverty alleviation and social advocacy through documentary film.

Within McLeod Sears Investments we are grounded by our deep experience in the commercial real estate development and investment business through our Partner Jay Sears’ development of over 140 retail properties worth more than $2 Billion with his co-founding of NewQuest Properties. The McLeod Sears Foundation, in association with Grant Me the Wisdom Foundation, has been active in womens and girls issues, community development, education, and poverty alleviation for nearly 30 years through investments and partnerships with a variety of local and international organizations.
