Real Equity Management

Real Equity Management is a privately owned property management firm with headquarters located in Columbia, Missouri. REM's portfolio of assets include both commercial and multi-family communities all located throughout the Midwest. 

With a primary focus in student housing, REM currently manages more than 3,000 beds in Missouri, in addition to a 500+ bed complex in Kentucky. 

With continued plans for expansion, REM is expecting to add another an additional 1,000 - 1,500 beds to its portfolio by August of 2018.
