ProEquity is a collegial environment where working together and cooperatively towards the best interests of the client and the organization are critical.  We are seeking a candidate who can enhance this culture as well as perform the technical duties of a property manager.

The property manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties for a variety of clients, and should therefore be adept at managing, not only commercial properties, but also multiple relationships, needs, and personalities of clients, tenants and co-workers. Applicant must be energetic, accomplishment oriented, okay with a hands-on, roll up your sleeves approach and ready to immediately engage in a fast-paced environment.

Interaction will include all levels of management, tenants, co-workers, staff, supervisors, vendors and clients from a wide array of disciplines and; therefore, polished communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills are indispensable.

General responsibilities include marketing, building operations, lease administration, vendor service contract management, client reporting, tenant relations, budgeting and financial management, project management, and knowledge of building systems.
