Petros PACE Finance is an Austin-based specialty finance company focused on the burgeoning C-PACE industry.  C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) is a new commercial real estate financing mechanism that funds energy/water-efficient capital improvements to cash flowing properties as well as new developments & rehabs.  Petros is a direct PACE lender and is expanding its in-house loan origination team in select markets throughout the U.S.
