A.C.T. Investments is a Real Estate investment company based in Peachtree Corners, GA, with offices in both the US and Singapore. Founded in Singapore in 1969 our US office focuses on real estate investments and has been based in Atlanta for over 30 years. Our Asian RE business unit has developments in Singapore, Indonesia, and China. In the US we have primarily invested in Institutional Quality MF properties across the Southeast US. We also invest via funds and partnerships to provide exposure to other property sectors across the US and the UK.
